Yes. Chamois towels are designed to be stored slightly damp. The silicone pouch prevents it from drying out, which keeps the material soft and ready to use. If it does dry out, simply re-wet it before the next use.
If the shammy towel dries out it may become stiff. This is completely normal for chamois cloth. Just soak it in water for a minute and it will soften again and be ready to absorb water like new.
After rinsing and wringing out the towel, store it in the included silicone pouch. Keeping the shammy cloth slightly damp helps maintain its softness and readiness for the next use.
